Jikyeong Kang, President and Dean, Asian Institute of Management
Jikyeong Kang has been president, dean, and MVP Chair in Marketing at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) since 2015. In addition to serving as °®Âþµº’s 2021-22 board chair, Kang holds key positions in other renowned international organizations. She is a board member of EFMD and the U.N. Principles for Responsible Management, and a council member of the Association of Asia-Pacific Business Schools. She is also a fellow of the International Academy of Management. Additionally, Kang serves on the international advisory boards of several premier international business schools, including Stockholm School of Economics, ESADE Business School, Hanken School of Economics, LUMS Business School, and Yonsei Business School. She is also an independent director of Security Bank, one of the Philippines' leading universal banks, and of Kesoram Industries, part of the B K Birla Group of Companies in India. Her recent accolades include the 2017 Asia HRD Award for Contribution to Organization, the 2018 Brand Laureate Best Brands’ International Brand Personality Award, and the 2021 Philippines Education Leadership Award. She has a bachelor’s degree from Hanyang University, a master’s degree from Colorado State University, and a PhD from the University of Minnesota.

Austin Okere, CWG Plc
Austin Okere is the Founder of CWG Plc and has over 30 years entrepreneurial experience. Currently an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Columbia Business School, New York, he has also been appointed to the Advisory Board of the Global Business School Network in Washington in recognition of his contribution to the development of business education and knowledge transfer in Africa. Austin served on the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council for Innovation and Intrapreneurship and has served as a Consultant to the Sustainable Development Goals, African Center (SDGAC) in Rwanda. Austin has recently been appointed to the Global Business Practices Council of the °®Âþµº International. CWG Plc, has been recognized as a ‘Global Growth Company’ by the World Economic Forum and is the largest security listed in the Technology Sector of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. After retiring from CWG, Austin set up the Ausso Leadership Academy in pursuance of his vision of Shared Prosperity.
Shona Quinn, Director of Social Consciousness, Eileen Fisher
Shona Quinn, Eileen Fisher’s Director of Social Consciousness, works globally on product life cycle impacts -- from raw materials to recycled products, influencing business partners and industry stakeholders to create long-term sustainable solutions for Eileen Fisher and the broader apparel sector. Shona’s work also extends beyond the product to the customer, researching the psychology of the consumer/citizen and the role mindfulness plays in creating a shift to sustainable consumption. Shona holds a master’s degree in Environmental Management from the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies. She speaks regularly and has been quoted in the Wall St Journal, the Guardian, Inc Magazine, and Women’s Wear Daily.
Shiv Shivakumar, Group Strategy Head at the Aditya Birla Group
Shivakumar or Shiv as he is popularly known is currently Group Executive president at Aditya Birla group for Strategy and Business development. He joined the ABG group in January 2018. Prior to this, Shiv was Chairman and CEO for PepsiCo for four years and before that with Nokia as CEO for India and later Emerging markets for nearly a decade. Shiv has been a CEO for half his career and was one of the youngest CEOS in India. Shiv worked in HUL for a number of years, mostly in marketing. Shiv has worked with over 50 brands in his career and seen many business transformations. Shiv writes and teaches regularly on Innovation, leadership, Followership, Business Models, Digitization etc. across the leading business schools in the world. Shiv is an avid sports watcher, a great fan of Manchester United and Barcelona football teams, John McEnroe and Roger Federer in tennis. Shiv is a believer in giving back to society. Shiv has been on the Board of Governors of IIM Ahmedabad between 2012 and 2017 as well as being on the Board of Godrej Consumer products Board between 2009 and 2017. He was the President of the All India Management Association in 2012-2013. He was Chairman of the Mobile Marketing Association from 2014 to 2019 and Chairman of the Advertising Standards Council of India for 2018-19. He is currently on the board of XLRI and IIM Udaipur. Shiv has been awarded many times in his career – Best CEO, Best brand builder, for leadership, for Turnaround et al. The awards most dear to him are the two distinguished Alumnus awards he got from IIT Madras and IIM Calcutta. He is one of twenty people in India to have distinguished alumnus awards from both IIT and IIM. Shiv is married to Hamsini, who runs her own brand, innovation and Semiotics consulting company. Shiv is the best selling author of THE RIGHT CHOICE, a book on career dilemmas.

Mette Morsing, PhD, Head of PRME Principles of Responsible Management Education, UN Global Compact (New York). Morsing was Professor and Mistra Chair of Sustainable Markets at Stockholm School of Economics (Sweden) and Professor of Corporate Social Responsibility and Organizational Theory at Copenhagen Business School (Denmark). Morsing has served on boards and held honorary and advisory positions on committees and councils locally and internationally. She has taught at Bachelor, Master and MBA Executive as well as PhD programs. Morsing has published in Journal of Management Studies, Human Relations, Business Ethics Quarterly, Organization Studies, Organization, Business & Society among other places.

Bill Drayton, Founder and CEO of Ashoka: Innovators for the Public
Bill Drayton is a social entrepreneur with a long record of founding organizations and public service. As the founder and CEO of Ashoka: Innovators for the Public, Bill Drayton has pioneered the field of social entrepreneurship, growing a global association of over 3,900 leading social entrepreneurs who work together to create an ‘Everyone a Changemaker’ world. Ashoka Fellows bring big systems-change to the world’s most urgent social challenges. Over half have changed national policy within five years of launch. As a student, he founded organizations ranging from Yale Legislative Services to Harvard’s Ashoka Table, an inter-disciplinary weekly forum in the social sciences. After graduation from Harvard, he received an M.A. from Balliol College in Oxford University. In 1970, he graduated from Yale Law School. He worked at McKinsey & Company for ten years and taught at Stanford Law School and Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. Bill is Ashoka’s Chief Executive Officer. He also chairs Ashoka’s Youth Venture, Community Greens, and Get America Working! Bill has won numerous awards and honors throughout his career. He has been selected one of America’s Best Leaders by US News & World Report and Harvard’s Center for Public Leadership. In 2011, Drayton won Spain's prestigious Prince of Asturias Award and, in 2019, Drayton was elected as member of the American Philosophical Society. Other awards include Honorary Doctorates from Yale, NYU and more.
Robyn S. Fehrman, President and CEO, Enactus
As President & CEO of Enactus, Robyn S. Fehrman is a results-driven, nonprofit executive with 20 years of experience intentionally scaling impact enterprises to achieve systemic change. She joined Enactus after serving as Managing Director of the Center for the Advancement of Social Entrepreneurship (CASE) at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Prior to her work at CASE, Fehrman led Teach For America - Eastern North Carolina as Executive Director and held various roles at the local, state, and national level advancing philanthropy, economic development, and public health. Outside of Enactus, she serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Global Grassroots, a social enterprise working in East Africa to catalyze women and girls as the leaders of Conscious Social Change in their communities. Robyn received a B.A. in English and a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She lives in Durham, North Carolina with her husband and two children.
Sofía Martínez Grijalva, Student, PGS Regional Leader – Latin America, Centro de Enseñanza Técnica y Superior
Sofia Martinez is a student of the Bachelor of International Business at CETYS University Mexicali campus. In her journey as a student leader she founded the Model United Nations Club. She has also been part of the Society of Business and Administration Students, FORTES (Student Strength) and was vice president of the Células Congress of the School of Business and Administration 2020. She is currently a representative of Latin America in the PRME Global Students initiative.
Yang Li, Regional Leader in East and Southeast Asia of PRME Global Students (PGS), PRME
Yang Li (Marco) from China graduated from Peking University and is a coordinator of International Students Affairs at Peking University Shenzhen. Marco joined PRME in June 2021 and became the Regional Leader in East and Southeast Asia of PRME Global Students (PGS). Acted as a regional connector and change maker, Marco played a role in organizing the student network in East and Southeast Asia and promoting the collective movements from PGS. As one of the PGS Portfolio initiators, Marco is leading the PGS Talks group and preparing for the 1st PGS SUMMIT in 2022. In the future, Marco is planning to be a scholar in sustainable development and responsible management.
Roy Mathew, Partner, National Higher Education, Deloitte
Roy Mathew is a partner with Deloitte and leads the National Higher Education practice. He has more than 20 years of consulting and industry experience across both private and public sector clients. He has led many of Deloitte’s largest Higher Education transformation programs that span strategy, implementation, and operations. He is actively involved in developing the firm’s capabilities in new business models and innovative uses of technology. Roy holds an undergraduate degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a graduate degree from Stanford University. He is based in San Francisco, California.

Tim Mescon, EVP EMEA, °®Âþµº International
Timothy S. Mescon is executive vice president and chief officer for Europe, the Middle East and Africa for °®Âþµº International. He is president emeritus of Columbus State University (Georgia) where he served from 2008-2014. Previously, he served as dean and Dinos Eminent Scholar Chair for 18 years at the Michael J. Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University in Georgia. Mescon gained extensive experience as an °®Âþµº peer review team member, chair, and committee member for 25 years before joining °®Âþµº. He is the author of more than 200 articles and case studies, and he has co-authored four books, his latest "Entrepreneurship: Venture Initiation, Management and Development" 2nd edition (Routledge/M.E. Sharpe). Mescon received his PhD from the Terry College at The University of Georgia, MBA from the Cox School at Southern Methodist University and BA from Tulane University.

Veneta Andonova, Dean, Universidad de los Andes School of Management
Veneta Andonova is Associate Professor and since 1st November 2019 Dean of Universidad de los Andes School of Management in Colombia. She got her Ph.D. degree in Management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Spain. She had been a full-time faculty at top business schools in Latin America and at the American University in Bulgaria. Her interests are at the intersection of business strategy and institutional analysis with a focus on Latin American multinationals, non-market resources and entrepreneurial ecosystems in emerging markets. She is a regular presenter at international conferences. Her latest book is titled Entrepreneurial Ecosystems in Unexpected Places and was published in 2019 by Palgrave Macmillan.
Soumitra Dutta, Dean Elect, Said School of Business, University of Oxford
Soumitra Dutta is Dean Elect, Said School of Business at the University of Oxford. He is also a Professor of Management and the former founding dean of the SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University, New York. He is the founder of the Global Innovation Index, published by the World Intellectual Property Organization and was the co-founder of the Global Information Technology Report, published by the World Economic Forum – two influential reports in technology and innovation policy. He is also the co-founder and President of Portulans Institute, a non-partisan nonprofit research and education institution based in Washington DC. Dutta is currently Chair of the Board of Directors of the Global Business School Network. He received a B. Tech. in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), New Delhi, a MS in both business administration and computer science, and a PhD in computer science from the University of California at Berkeley.
Ann Harrison, Dean, Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley
Ann E. Harrison became the 15th dean of the Haas School of Business on Jan. 1, 2019. Harrison came to Haas from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, where she was the William H Wurster Professor of Multinational Management and Business Economics and Public Policy. Before joining Wharton in 2012, she was the Director of Development Policy at the World Bank, and previously taught at UC Berkeley and Columbia University. Harrison earned a B.A. from UC Berkeley and a PhD in Economics from Princeton. She has served on numerous United Nations committees and non-profit boards. Dean Harrison believes a transition to a sustainable world will not be led just by governments, but by business. Berkeley Haas is the preeminent business school addressing climate change and the commercialization of climate solutions for a sustainable future.
Morris Mthombeni, Dean, Gordon Institute of Business Science, University of Pretoria
Prof Morris Mthombeni is the dean of the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). Prior to this appointment he was executive director of faculty at GIBS. As an academic, he is a senior lecturer who actively researchers at the intersection of the micro-foundations of corporate strategy and corporate governance. Also, he is one of the senior academics in the areas of environment of business, corporate strategy, and innovation at GIBS. He lectures on the masters and doctoral programmes as well as on executive education programmes including the flagship Global Executive Development Programme from GIBS as well as the Harvard Business School’s Senior Executive Programme Africa. Beyond the academic field, Morris has over 30 years of active experience in the financial services industry - mostly at top management and board level (currently in a non-executive capacity).
