Please note that details are subject to change and some resources, such as attendee lists and presenter materials, will be added closer to the event.
Frequently Asked Questions: General Questions
There is no cost to download or use the °®Âþµº Events app.
The °®Âþµº Events app is compatible with iOS and Android devices.
The program agenda can be found in the Conference Schedule tab on the °®Âþµº Events app. The agenda can also be found on our website at aacsb.edu/events.
In the Agenda tab on the °®Âþµº Events app, select the session you want to attend. Once the session is selected, you will see additional session details, including speakers for that session. Select the speaker you wish to see the bio for to learn more.
Select Conference Schedule. Click the check mark next to sessions you want to attend. Then, throughout the conference you can click the My Schedule tab on the app to see what sessions you saved. Please note that selecting a session does not reserve your seat for the session.
Session materials, including PowerPoints and other resources provided by speakers, can be found in the Session Materials and Resources tab on the °®Âþµº Events app.
Select the Connect tab to add attendees you want to connect with and to save their contact information. Please note only those attendees who have downloaded the °®Âþµº Events app are listed. You can also select the Conference News Feed to share photos and thoughts throughout the event.
Select the Institutional Roster or Participant Roster tab. The Institutional Roster is posted one week before the event and updated the day before the event. The Participant Roster is posted the day before the event.
You can find venue specific information on the Conference Information tab.

Frequently Asked Questions: Troubleshooting Questions
Visit the or . Please use the same email that you registered for the conference, your email address associated with your °®Âþµºâ€¯account, to login.

Make sure you have the most updated version of the app and follow these steps: 

  1. Open the app.
  2. Press Explore or My Guides at the bottom.
  3. Under invitations, select your conference guide. 
  4. Press Download. 
  5. Open conference guide. 

Once the °®Âþµº Event App is downloaded, please follow these steps:

  1. Under invitations, select your conference guide. 
  2. Press Download.  
  3. Open conference guide. 
The °®Âþµº Events app requires the same login information you use for your °®Âþµº account. If you’re having trouble, please email us at [email protected].
  1. Make sure you have the most updated version of the app.
  2. Make sure the email in your profile is the same email that you registered for the conference your email address associated with your °®Âþµºâ€¯account.
  3. To confirm your email address, open the °®Âþµº Event app and select the gray circle initial in the top right corner. Then, select the wheel in the top left corner for your settings.
  4. Scroll down to the email listed under account and confirm this email is the same email that you registered for the conference.
  5. If this is not the correct email, please log on of the app and login using the correct email address associated with your °®Âþµº account. Then, select My guides on the homepage to select the conference guide.
If you’re still having trouble email [email protected] or visit us onsite at an event at the check-in desk.
  1. Confirm that you have the most updated version of the app.
  2. Make sure to have the email address and password that you used to register for the conference and is associated with your °®Âþµº account. If you do not know your password, you can reset your password at and then come back to the °®Âþµº Events app to log in.
  3. Confirm that the email in your °®Âþµº Event app profile is the same email that you registered for the conference. This email address should also be associated with your °®Âþµºâ€¯account.
